RNLI's 'yellow welly' relay comes to a close in West Kirby
West Kirby RNLI lifeboat station welcomed deputy lord mayor councillor Geoffrey Watt and the deputy mayoress to receive the yellow welly and help draw the RNLI’s North West welly relay to a close.
